Ryan Staychock serves Cayuga, Schuyler, and Seneca Counties as the Environmental/Natural Resources Educator. Born and raised in West Seneca, New York, earned a M.S. in Forest Sciences from Colorado State University (CSU). Ryan completed his B.S. in Natural Resources Management with a minor in Rangeland Ecology from Colorado State University, the state’s land grant institution. Before moving back to the Finger Lakes, Ryan worked for the Colorado State Forest Service as the state volunteer project coordinator and as a professional staff at Finger Lakes Community College. He now lives in Canandaigua on a hobby-farm where most success, financially speaking for the farm, is raising meat chickens on an annual basis.
