How to Make Maple Syrup

Learn from the best, the Cornell Maple Program, at this introductory program covering the basics of making maple syrup. Aaron R. Wightman, Senior Extension Associate, NYS Maple Specialist, Arnot Maple Lab, and Co-Director, Cornell Maple Program will present on how to make maple syrup at two locations: Auburn NY on 10/16 and Montour Falls on 10/23. Anyone may attend either presentation, each is intended for backyard-beginners or as a refresher for amateur maple producers.

Registration

Registration is required for all participants. Be sure to choose the correct location and date for the site where you wish to attend! Cost is $13/person and includes cheese pizza slices for prepaid participants. NOTE: ONLY the 10/16 program is free to current Cayuga CC students, who register to attend.
