Learn from the best, the Cornell Maple Program, at this introductory program covering the basics of making maple syrup. Aaron R. Wightman, Senior Extension Associate, NYS Maple Specialist, Arnot Maple Lab, and Co-Director, Cornell Maple Program will present on how to make maple syrup at two locations: Auburn NY on 10/16 and Montour Falls on 10/23. Anyone may attend either presentation, each is intended for backyard-beginners or as a refresher for amateur maple producers.
