Due Date for 4-H Constitution Day Essay Competition

  • Wednesday, October 30, 2024, 12:00 PM - 12:00 PM

New York High School students can enter a 500 word essay on the U.S. Constitution to be eligible for a number of prizes. Essays are due October 30th. More information on the specific topic, entry eligiblity requirements, and required formatting can be found here.

4-Hers are encouraged to participate in this contest not just to be eligible for a prize but to elevate their understanding of our democracy's founding document. 4-H supports the growth of youth in civic-mindedness and democratic ideals. Youth interested in civics and leadership can reach out to 4-H at smw352@cornell.edu for further opportunities and resources.
