What: Learn how to excel at the Produced in New York showcase. We will talk about choosing a recipe, prepping ingredients, and how to demonstrate different skills. We will learn about food safety rules and practice knife skills. Wear clothes that can get messy or bring an apron. Please advise 4-H office of any food allergies or restrictions - workshop may include eggs, milk, wheat, or other allergens if not notified ahead of time.
