EXHIBITORS ONLY! Move-In for livestock (beef and dairy cattle, goats, sheep, and pigs) that are registered for the 4-H Youth Fair. The state vet will be on premises to check animals and health paperwork.
ONLY HEALTHY ANIMALS WITH ALL PAPERWORK WILL BE ALLOWED TO STAY ON THE FAIRGROUNDS. Unfortunately there will be no exceptions to this rule. Ag and Markets rules here: https://agriculture.ny.gov/.../02/fairhealthrequirements.pdf
Please check and double check that the animals you are bringing match the animals registered and the health paperwork.
If you cannot make this time frame, please email 4-H Program Lead Sara Wagner at smw352@cornell.edu ASAP. Check-in may be available Thursday morning if scheduled ahead of time.
Small livestock (poultry, rabbits, and cavy) may move in at this time but do not require the state vet check in. Small livestock should be in place by 9:00 am on the day of their show.
