4-Hers take in a lesson on Dairy Showmanship last summer
Beginner Dairy Showmanship Clinic
- Sunday, May 3, 2026, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Learn the ins and outs of dairy showmanship, useful for showing at both the 4-H Youth Fair at the county level and at the New York State Fair. Participants DO NOT need to bring their own animals as halter broke animals will be available on site. This clinic is meant for youth who are under 10 or new to showing dairy of any age.
This clinic can be used for either the showmanship or additional 4-H workshop requirement for auction participants.

Plan on showing at the 4-H Youth Fair? You must be enrolled in 4-H for the 2025-2026 4-H year, please contact 4-H Program Leader Sara Wagner at smw352@cornell.edu to check on your youth's enrollment status.
